We're currently looking for a results- driven, people-focused Membership Sales Advisor to join our team and be the face of our growth.

Position Summary

: As a Gym Membership Sales Advisor , your primary responsibility is to sell gym memberships by reaching out to potential members, setting appointments, and delivering an excellent first impression of our facility. You'll play a key role in helping individuals begin their fitness journey while supporting the gym's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per shift to prospective members.
• Book and manage appointments for in-person or virtual tours of the facility.
• Conduct tours and present membership options tailored to each individual's needs.
• Follow up with leads, former members, and walk-ins to maximize conversions.
• Track and update all leads and communications in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Represent the gym with a positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude. What We 're Looking For:
• Prior sales experience (fitness industry preferred, but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume phone calls and handling objections.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
