Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, staff leadership, guest experience, financial performance, and maintaining standards across the venue. This role requires strong decision-making skills, accountability, and the ability to lead a large team in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead daily and nightly operations for a high-volume nightlife venue * Oversee and manage staff, including hiring, scheduling, and accountability * Maintain a professional, drama-free, and efficient work environment * Ensure exceptional customer experience and safety standards * Review and interpret P&Ls and basic financial reporting * Implement and maintain SOPs and company processes * Resolve staffing issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively * Communicate clearly with ownership and leadership team Qualifications * Proven experience in nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, or bar/club management * Strong leadership abilities with the confidence to manage 30-50+ team members * Experience with P&Ls, staff scheduling, and operational oversight * Reliable and professional communication skills * Ability to work nights, late hours, and weekends as required High level of organization, accountability, and problem-solving Schedule * 4-night work week * Nights, weekends, and late hours required * Full-time leadership role Compensation * Competitive salary * Annual performance-based bonuses * Additional incentive opportunities are weekly How to Apply Submit your application here: [please apply online] (Only serious, qualified applicants will be contacted.)
