Position

Overview

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, staff leadership, guest experience, financial performance, and maintaining standards across the venue. This role requires strong decision-making skills, accountability, and the ability to lead a large team in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily and nightly operations for a high-volume nightlife venue
  • Oversee and manage staff, including hiring, scheduling, and accountability
  • Maintain a professional, drama-free, and efficient work environment
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and safety standards
  • Review and interpret P&Ls and basic financial reporting
  • Implement and maintain SOPs and company processes
  • Resolve staffing issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively
  • Communicate clearly with ownership and leadership team
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, or bar/club management
  • Strong leadership abilities with the confidence to manage 30-50+ team members
  • Experience with P&Ls, staff scheduling, and operational oversight
  • Reliable and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work nights, late hours, and weekends as required High level of organization, accountability, and problem-solving Schedule
