Price Realty Management Corporation, an established and growing management company is currently seeking experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant for our multi-family community, located in the N. Dallas area. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for greeting potential and current residents, lead follow-up, tours, closing the sale, lease preparation, move-in inspections and participating in outreach marketing activities. The leasing position requires the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects and vendors, and to present a positive, professional image. In addition, the position requires the following: BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS * Maintains a detailed knowledge of the property, amenities and community. * Provides a daily inspection of show apartments and model appearance. * Showing apartments and answering potential resident's questions * Prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork. * Process applications for approvals (credit check, rental history, etc.) * Assist in monitoring renewals and distribute and follow-up on renewal notices. * Participate in outreach marketing activities to obtain traffic. * Maintains an acceptable closing ratio to obtain optimum occupancy. * Collects and secures rental payments. * Inputs daily traffic information. * Use customer service skills to take requests, complaints, comments, and resolve them quickly. * Maintain accurate records of information pertaining to current and prospective tenants. * Maintains working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules and regulations concerning apartment leasing and management. * Display excellent customer service at all times. * May be required to perform or assist in special projects or activities as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: * 2+ years' experience in a multi-family property management * Strong customer service and sales mentality * Strong organization skills * Great communication and interpersonal skills! * Bilingual - English/Spanish * Computer proficiency; OneSite experience a plus We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including 401(K), full medical, vision and dental coverage.
