Overview We are seeking a motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to sell our AI-powered 24/7 receptionist and reputation management service to home service businesses , including plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers, and similar trades. This is a full-time, commission-only role designed for individuals who are comfortable with outbound sales, cold calling, and building a book of recurring monthly revenue. There is no base salary or guaranteed income. Success in this role is driven by consistent daily activity, follow-up, and execution. What We Sell Our service helps home service businesses: * Never miss inbound or after-hours calls * Capture and qualify new leads automatically * Improve Google reviews and online reputation * Reduce reliance on administrative staff Pricing (for reference): * $497 one-time setup fee * $297/month recurring service * 12-month agreement * Typical go-live within 3-7 business days Compensation Structure * 30% recurring commission on monthly subscription revenue (Approximately $89.10 per active account per month) * 20% one-time commission on setup fees (Approximately $99.40 per setup) * Commissions are paid monthly on collected revenue * Recurring commissions continue as long as accounts remain active and in good standing * No cap on earnings This role offers the opportunity to build long-term recurring income , not just one-time commissions. Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound sales activity, including cold calling and follow-ups * Prospect and engage home service business owners and decision-makers * Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline * Schedule and conduct introductory calls or demos * Present the service clearly and professionally, emphasizing value * Close new customer accounts and support onboarding * Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM * Follow up consistently with prospects until a decision is reached * Identify upsell opportunities as customer needs grow * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success Weekly Activity Expectations This is a performance-based role with clear activity standards. Successful candidates consistently meet the following: * 40-50 outbound cold calls per day (200-250 per week) * 8-12 live conversations per day * 5-8 booked intro or demo calls per week * 2-3 new customer accounts closed per week * All activity tracked accurately in the CRM Candidates unwilling to perform regular outbound sales activity will not be successful in this role. What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) * 10-15 active customer accounts or * $3,000+ in active monthly recurring revenue * A consistent daily sales rhythm and growing pipeline Qualifications * Prior experience in outbound sales, direct sales, or business development * Comfortable with cold calling and phone-based sales * Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills * Self-motivated and disciplined work habits * Ability to work independently and remotely * Basic familiarity with CRM systems Experience selling to small businesses or service-based industries is a plus but not required.
