Job description: Buford based Industrial repair and sales company is seeking (2) Customer Support/ Inside Sales individuals. Pay is $18 to $22 per hour. Hours are M- F 8am to 5pm. Base plus bonus! Contract to Hire. Once perm Base + uncapped bonus. First year average compensation is $55k to $75k. High performers have potential to earn over 100k first year! Job Overview We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support/ Inside Sales Representative. Our team is responsible for making 80 to 100 outbound calls per day to manufacturers and distributors. This role requires a positive attitude, exceptional phone skills and the ability to handle the call efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving quotas and building strong relationships with our clients! Duties * Make 80 to 100 calls to manufacturers and distributors per day. * Manage a high volume of inbound leads and follow up on them in a timely manner. * Identify potential customers and generate new business relationships. * Provide outstanding customer service and support to existing clients. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. * Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly quotas * Participate in sales meeting and training sessions as required. Requirements: * Strong experience on the phones * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Able to work in team environment and independently * Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry a plus. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively * Self-motivated and driven to succeed, * Competitive nature and desire to win This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer support, possess excellent communication abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
