Job description: Buford based Industrial repair and sales company is seeking (2) Customer Support/ Inside Sales individuals. Pay is $18 to $22 per hour. Hours are M- F 8am to 5pm. Base plus bonus! Contract to Hire. Once perm Base + uncapped bonus. First year average compensation is $55k to $75k. High performers have potential to earn over 100k first year! Job

Overview

We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support/ Inside Sales Representative. Our team is responsible for making 80 to 100 outbound calls per day to manufacturers and distributors. This role requires a positive attitude, exceptional phone skills and the ability to handle the call efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving quotas and building strong relationships with our clients!

Duties

• Make 80 to 100 calls to manufacturers and distributors per day.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads and follow up on them in a timely manner.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business relationships.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly quotas
• Participate in sales meeting and training sessions as required.

Requirements

:

• Strong experience on the phones
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in team environment and independently
• Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed,
