The Home Owners Association (HOA) Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an upscale residential community. Manage HOA documentation and compliance, collections, residential relations, etc. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure resident retention and satisfaction. Plan neighborhood activates and events to promote community. Administration of property maintenance and contracted services as well as, maintaining property aesthetics while maintain budget. Must be compliant with applicable local, state and federal regulations governing fair housing and safety. Develop and maintain relationships with residents. Experience as an HOA Manager.
