Who We Want As a Solar Sales Consultant at Ram Roofing and Solar, you will be a crucial part of our outside direct sales team, working in the field to engage potential customers and introduce them to our solar energy solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories through door-to-door canvassing, community events, and other outreach methods.
- Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy to homeowners, providing information on cost savings, environmental impact, and product features.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments using our CRM system. Manage pipeline of company leads.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Qualifications
Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, or a related field is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of renewable energy with the purpose of generating interest.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations with prospective and close deals.
- Customize solar energy products and systems depending on the needs and designs of the customer's property. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers. Self-Motivation: Highly driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compensation
Two compensation packages available: Plan A 100% Commission, Plan B Base Salary + Commission. Comprehensive sales training, construction training, and ongoing education opportunities. Draws, advances, and weekly sales incentives.
