Membership Sales: * Sales focused role. Enthusiastic, personable, active listening * Must be available for studio tours/intro classes, including Saturday and Wednesday evening * Heavy Phone following up with people who have expressed interest in studio * Provide personalized recommendations that meet client goals * Onboard clients to get them set up for success with setting up their app, scheduling classes * Strong documentation and disciplined follow up Account Services: * Handle billing and account questions * Handle studio escalations and account issues * Uphold studio policies with empathy for client needs, finding solutions where possible. Maintain cleanliness and organization Community: * Assist with seasonal decor, retail displays and social media presence - ensure that the studio is inviting and well maintained * Create an engaging and informative presence across studio FB and Instagram Skills and Qualifications: * The ability to persuasively present solutions and compelling recommendations * Previous experience with membership/relationship sales, and especially value-based selling as opposed to transactional sales * Ability to think out of the box to overcome objections and find mutually beneficial solutions * Adept at de-escalating potentially difficult situations, providing excellent customer service while maintaining policies as needed * Positive work experience that demonstrates professional work ethic, dependability and attention to detail * Ability to multi-task is critical * Tech savvy - Adept with Social Media, Canva, CRM, POS, Google Suite and the ability to learn new software and applications We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization. * Monthly bonus for full time front desk sales and customer service associates * Retirement account based on longevity with the company * Bonus opportunities * Paid Training * Free Pilates classes * Growth opportunities - we are expanding!
