Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop and implement call frequency plan * Develop detailed knowledge of company's products and capabilities * Uncover, qualify/validate and close opportunities * Achieve annual sales plan * Manage assigned accounts - business/sales retention, grow and develop where applicable * Customers will be focused in Medical market * Work collaboratively with Customer Service team to provide excellent service to customers, as appropriate * Liaison between Customer Service team and Sales team * Establish strong relationships with customers - Communicate critical opportunity, product and performance criteria with Director of Sales-Medical * Support transition to Account Manager when applicable * Responsible for researching market trends, product and performance criteria * Maintain and update CRM System with account and opportunities activity * Other duties as deemed by the Company Minimum Requirements: * Ability to speak, read and write English. * Ability to recognize, add and subtract two digit numbers, multiply, divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume, and distance. * Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Strong proficiency in excel and hands-on experience using an integrated ERP System. * Good writing and communication skills for internal and external correspondence * Ability to successfully multi-task with attention to detail * Good problem-solving skills. * Good organization skills * Customer Centric, consultative selling approach * Technical Aptitude * Must be highly motivated and exhibit perseverance in Inside Sales roll * Critical Thinking - problem solving/analysis, decision making * Ability to work well with multiple departments * Knowledge of company's products and capabilities * Demonstrated support of company goals, values, and mission statement.
