Location: Milford, OH Compensation: Base salary of $50,000 -$60,000 plus uncapped commission. *The posted total compensation range of *$70,000 -$90,000 represents expected earnings inclusive of base salary and commission. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, experience, and sales results. What You 'll Be Doing: * Proactively generating new lawn and landscape maintenance accounts in targeted neighborhoods * Speaking with homeowners about ongoing services such as mowing, seasonal cleanups, mulch, pruning, fertilization, and related maintenance needs * Growing route density by leveraging nearby customers, referrals, and visible work in the neighborhood * Conducting on-site consultations and clearly explaining service options and expectations * Managing your own pipeline from first conversation to signed service agreement * Identifying opportunities beyond the initial client request by asking thoughtful questions, recognizing the full potential of a property, and helping homeowners see possibilities they may not have considered--then partnering with the design team when appropriate * Working closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction * Other duties as assigned This Role Is a Great Fit If You: * Enjoy starting conversations with homeowners * Prefer relationship-based sales over one-off projects * Are comfortable generating your own opportunities through neighborhood outreach and referrals * Believe your income should reflect your effort and follow-through * Take ownership of results and don't wait to be told what to do next What We 're Looking For * Experience in sales, customer acquisition, or home services (lawn care, landscaping, pest control, window washing, roofing, etc.) strongly preferred * Comfort with self-generated leads and neighborhood-based selling * Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable presence * Ability to explain service value, frequency, and pricing clearly * Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required * Industry experience is helpful, but not required --we will train the right person What We Offer * Competitive base salary plus commission * Uncapped earning potential * Established local company with strong brand recognition * Support from experienced operations and service teams * Tools and training * Medical/dental/vision insurance * Paid time off Important to Know This role rewards initiative and consistency.
