What You'll Do: * Conduct in-home consultations with warm leads * Manage the full sales pipeline from initial outreach to contract close * Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer records, and manage communication * Create and present detailed project estimates and contracts * Educate customers on our services and how we compare to competitors * Apply strong relationship management, negotiation, and customer service skills to drive successful sales outcomes * Partner with the production team to ensure a smooth project transition * Resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle What We're Looking For: * Previous experience in sales, inside sales, outside sales, or B2C sales is a plus--but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-starter who can manage time and prioritize tasks effectively * Comfortable using CRM tools * Positive attitude, high energy, and a growth mindset * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for appointments Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
