Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Claremore, OK Company: Eubanks Equipment Job Summary Eubanks Equipment is seeking a motivated and results-driven Equipment Sales Representative to join our team in Claremore, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for selling new and used equipment, developing long-term customer relationships, and representing the Eubanks Equipment brand with professionalism and integrity. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about equipment and the industries we serve. Key Responsibilities * Sell new and used equipment to customers within an assigned territory * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting for new business * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions * Prepare and present quotes, pricing, and financing options * Stay knowledgeable on product lines, features, and competitive offerings * Conduct on-site customer visits, demonstrations, and follow-ups * Coordinate with service, parts, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction * Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and forecasts * Represent Eubanks Equipment at trade shows, customer events, and industry functions as needed * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred * Previous sales experience preferred (equipment, ag, construction, or industrial sales a plus) * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Strong computer skills (CRM, email, quoting systems) * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Desired Traits * Self-starter with a strong work ethic * Customer-first mindset * Competitive, goal-oriented, and dependable * Professional appearance and attitude Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary plus commission * Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) * Health insurance and 401K benefits package * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for growth within a respected equipment dealership Additional Requirements * Travel will be required for training and company events as needed * Workdays can extend outside of normal operation hours About Eubanks Equipment Eubanks Equipment is a trusted equipment dealer serving Southwest Missouri and Northeast Oklahoma and the surrounding communities.
