ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain regular contact with existing accounts and assist in the onboarding of new accounts. * Collect and disseminate relevant sales intelligence from all sales activities. This includes entry of relevant information into United Performance Metals CRM system and communication to relevant parties / individuals in the company. * Inside sales and order entry. * Support the management and execution of customer contractual requirements * Perform account analysis to identify new sales opportunities within current and future accounts * Works with management and regional managers to create and execute account plans. * Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS * 1-3 years of Inside Sales/managing contracts/customer service experience. * Familiar with manufacturing, sales, supply chain or production planning environments. * Expert navigation of Enterprise Resource Planning system or other sales data entry platforms
