Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategies for business development and territory management to increase sales opportunities * Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and product demos to prospective clients * Manage existing accounts through ongoing relationship building, upselling, and customer service excellence * Present product solutions via technical sales presentations tailored to client needs * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage pipeline, and analyze sales data for forecasting * Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target markets and develop effective outreach campaigns * Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth within assigned territories * Provide ongoing support and management of client accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and account management * Exceptional communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple client relationships * Knowledge of marketing strategies related to technology sales or retail sales is a plus * Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and optimize sales strategies * Experience in technical sales or product demonstrations is advantageous * Demonstrated ability in cold calling, inside sales, or direct sales approaches * A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions This role offers an engaging environment for motivated professionals eager to expand their expertise in sales management, business development, and client relationship building.
