This role is perfect for someone who is success-driven and self-motivated. You'll be the face of Family Tree Roofing, providing solutions, education, and peace of mind. Compensation: $85,000 - $250,000 Responsibilities: * Generate leads through door-to-door sales and neighborhood outreach. * Perform roof inspections, document findings, and educate homeowners. * Meet with insurance adjusters to advocate for homeowners. * Prepare estimates and present solutions tailored to each customer's needs. * Manage projects from contract signing through build completion and payment collection. * Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads consistently. * Represent Family Tree Roofing professionally in the community. Qualifications: * Previous sales experience preferred (construction/roofing a plus), but not required. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Comfortable with door-knocking, cold calling, and fieldwork. * Ability to climb roofs and perform physical inspections. * Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
