A home improvement client of ours is seeking a driven and confident Outside Sales Representative to meet with homeowners for in-home consultations and sell our exterior home improvement products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face selling, building trust with customers, and earning based on performance. Appointments are pre-set by our call center , allowing you to focus on what you do best--closing deals and helping homeowners improve and protect their homes. Key Responsibilities * Attend scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners * Present exterior home improvement solutions and educate customers on product benefits * Perform basic measurements and evaluations of the home's exterior * Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend the best solutions * Prepare estimates and close sales during the in-home visit * Follow up with customers as needed to finalize agreements * Accurately document sales activity and contracts in the CRM system * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals Qualifications * Proven sales experience preferred (in-home sales or B2C sales a plus) * Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills * Comfortable conducting in-home consultations * Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed * Experience in exterior home improvement or construction is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits * Small base pay + Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential * Performance bonuses and incentives * Paid training and ongoing sales coaching * Advancement opportunities within a growing company * Support from a dedicated call center and management team Why Join Us? * Pre-qualified, company-generated leads * High-demand products with strong close rates * Supportive leadership and proven sales process * Opportunity to build a long-term career, not just a job Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * What are your compensation goals? * What has you excited about this opportunity? * Are you available to work some evenings and weekends?
