We're actively seeking a motivated and customer-focused AT&T Sales Associate to join our expanding sales team. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in connecting customers with top-tier wireless and internet services, offering personalized solutions, and representing the AT&T brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. AT &T Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Serve as a frontline representative of the AT&T brand by promoting wireless and internet products through direct, face-to-face customer interactions. * Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations to clearly demonstrate the value of AT&T's offerings. * As an AT&T Sales Associate, recommend service plans that align with each customer's needs, preferences, and budget. * Build and maintain a strong base of loyal customers by focusing on long-term satisfaction and retention. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely, solutions-focused manner.Consistently monitor your progress as an AT&T Sales Associate by tracking sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. * Share customer insights and on-the-ground feedback with leadership to help refine strategies and improve team outcomes. AT &T Sales Associate Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is a plus. * Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred. * Previous work as an AT&T Sales Associate or in telecommunications is highly beneficial. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong desire to help customers. * Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed in a performance-based environment.
