Sales & Operations Associate (Truck & Trailer Experience Required) We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Sales & Operations Associate to join our team. This role combines sales, customer service, driving, and day- to-day store operations. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable taking responsibility. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers with sales and product recommendations * Drive a truck with a trailer as needed (deliveries, pickups, etc.) * Open and close the store independently * Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels * Keep the office, showroom, and shop clean and organized * Perform basic mechanical tasks and troubleshooting * Use computer systems for sales, inventory, and communication * Manage daily operations and help supervise other staff when required * Maintain a safe, efficient, and professional work environment Qualifications * Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred) * Experience driving a truck with a trailer * Some mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience * Strong sales and customer service skills * Above-average computer skills * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities * Ability to manage people and work independently * Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits * Hourly wage plus commission * Healthcare benefits * Paid vacation and paid time off * Paid Holidays * Company-provided uniforms * Simple IRA with employer matching * Stable, full-time position with opportunity for growth Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
