Sales & Operations Associate (Truck & Trailer Experience Required) We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Sales & Operations Associate to join our team. This role combines sales, customer service, driving, and day- to-day store operations. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable taking responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with sales and product recommendations
• Drive a truck with a trailer as needed (deliveries, pickups, etc.)
• Open and close the store independently
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
• Keep the office, showroom, and shop clean and organized
• Perform basic mechanical tasks and troubleshooting
• Use computer systems for sales, inventory, and communication
• Manage daily operations and help supervise other staff when required
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
• Experience driving a truck with a trailer
• Some mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Above-average computer skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage people and work independently
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
