What we offer: * Health, dental, vision * Supplemental Benefits: LT/ST Disability, Cancer, Accident, Life * 401(k) Option with company match * Gym Discounts * Christmas Club savings plan * Paid Volunteer Time Off * Paid Time Off * Hourly rate of $15 per hour Duties to include: * Sold car prep for delivery New Car Sold prep includes: * Remove stickers * Clean windows * Get gas * Place temp tag on vehicle * Wash vehicle * Retrieve owner's manual and keys for CA * Vacuum * Place mats in car * Stock in trades as applicable Used Car Sold prep includes : * Remove stickers * Clean windows * Get gas * Place temp tag on car * Run through the wash * Vacuum * Retrieve owner's manual and keys for CA * Stock in trades as applicable Other daily duties: * Wash cars * Assist Service Recon team as directed * Move cars on lot to create a great visual presence * Create book and key packets on all newly received cars and file packets * Bring ready cars to delivery area for CAs * Gas check all cars on lot * Lot and showroom basic maintenance * Fill drinks * Clean coffee area * Other duties as assigned by GM or designated manager We are an equal opportunity employer.
