Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Manage accounts effectively to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. * Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on territory sales initiatives and achieve targets. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using software tools, including Salesforce. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Skills * Proven experience in account management and territory sales is preferred. * Strong cold calling abilities with a track record of successful lead generation. * Excellent upselling skills to increase revenue from existing customers. * Familiarity with B2B sales processes and retail sales environments is beneficial. * Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Proficient in using software applications for tracking sales activities, particularly Salesforce. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques.
