Client Concierge (Phone Sales & Reservations) Location: Karnik On Black -- 5411 Black Rd, Waterville, OH 43566 Schedule: Full-time preferred (30-40 hrs/wk). Includes weekends & holidays. Compensation: Up to $15/hour depending on experience About the role Be the first voice new and returning pet parents hear. You'll handle inbound calls and emails, consult on services (boarding, daycare, grooming), recommend add-ons, and convert inquiries into accurate reservations. You'll verify vaccines/medical records, document notes clearly, and follow up on leads and voicemails to keep our schedule full. What you 'll do * Answer inbound calls/emails promptly; provide clear, friendly guidance * Recommend services and upgrades; convert inquiries to reservations * Create/modify bookings; verify vaccines/medical records; capture accurate notes * Return voicemails and follow up on open leads to hit conversion goals * Coordinate with front desk, lodging, daycare, and grooming to keep pets on schedule * Use a simple task pipeline to log key details, schedule callbacks, and move customers from inquiry to reservation--with clear, up-to-date notes for smooth team handoffs and timely follow-ups. What you 'll bring * Professional phone/email etiquette and confident communication * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); Google Workspace a plus * Fast, accurate typing and data entry; comfortable learning reservation/CRM tools (PetExec a plus) * Organized, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented * High school diploma or equivalent; prior inside sales/reservations or veterinary/kennel experience preferred Why Karnik On Black Since 1973, we've set the local standard for luxury pet lodging, organized daycare, and expert grooming.
