Full description of the position

Job Summary: The Regional Director is a key player in driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in the Saint Louis area. This position entails overseeing business development efforts and ensuring branch processes and customer experiences are in line with company objectives. The Regional Director will directly manage outside sales teams, provide input on hiring and training, and oversee all employees at the facility. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between branch operations, sales teams, and senior management. Collaborate with branch leadership to drive sales performance and align with growth targets. Monitor branch operations, including workflow efficiency and compliance with company processes. Provide input on personnel decisions and collaborate with HR and supervisors on hiring, performance, and development. Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. Support the implementation of corporate initiatives and process improvements at the branch level. Develop strong relationships with customers and vendors to support local business development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of company standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in distribution, operations, or sales leadership, preferably in a high-tech or industrial setting. Strong understanding of branch operations, sales processes, and customer service best practices. Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority. Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to interpret and act on performance data. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region. Compensation plan: base 105k-120k/ (negotiable) plus Unlimited commission, Bonus. Total annual potential earnings 105k++ to 250k++++.
