Join our team at Q-Look Bridal! Our Sales Associate positions are like no other. This is your opportunity to work with customers of all kinds! Responsibilities: * Work one on one with customers to help them find the appropriate attire for their formal event. Assist them with dressing and undressing. We sell gowns for bridal, bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, quinceaera, prom, pageant, little kids, accessories, and suits for guys. * Maintain store cleanliness (mopping, sweeping, etc.) * Organize dresses, accessories and overall appearance of store. * Ring up purchases and process order transactions * Run our social media accounts to promote the store (store website, IG, Tiktok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) * Process intakes via telephone, text, emails from customers, vendors, and others. * Prepare (and decorate our venues, if applicable) for any reserved events. This includes setting out the appropriate number of tables and chairs and decors. Must be able to: * Be available to work on weekends. Business often has the most foot traffic during weekends and holidays * Handle cash and other transactions responsibly * Have good customer service skills, including answering inquiries via social media and over the phone * Learn efficiently and retain information about store policies * Work in a fast pace environment and be able to assist multiple customers at once * Stand for several hours a day * Bilingual preferred, not required * Professionalism From us, you will enjoy: * Flexible schedule - Employees can elect to work half shifts (open to 3, 3 to close), full shifts (open to close), or other shifts to best fit their needs * Store Discounts - 30% For any questions and inquiries, please contact Kim Nguyen.
