What You 'll Do As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: * Educating customers on hemp-derived products, cannabinoids, and safe usage. * Guiding customers toward products that align with their goals, experience level, and comfort. * Creating a welcoming environment that's inclusive and non-judgmental for all customers. * Handling transactions at the register with accuracy and efficiency. * Maintaining the store 's appearance by keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Supporting daily operations , including restocking, labeling, and assisting with inventory. * Staying informed about products, brands, and industry basics through ongoing training. What We 're Looking For We're seeking someone who is approachable, reliable, and eager to learn. Here's what you'll need to succeed in this role: * Must be 21 years or older. * Reliable transportation to and from our Raleigh location. * Familiarity with cannabis and hemp products is a plus , but not required. * A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
