Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations, Sales, and Marketing to lead our company's growth initiatives across multiple channels. This leadership role requires a proven track record in managing sales teams, developing marketing strategies, and driving business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, expertise in B2C sales, and the ability to foster customer relationships to expand our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the company's operational and sales strategies while overseeing marketing initiatives to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies focusing on outside sales, B2C sales, to meet revenue targets. * Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams to ensure high performance and professional growth. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective account management and negotiation skills. * Oversee business development activities to identify new market opportunities and expand existing client accounts. * Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness and market share. * Utilize analysis skills to monitor sales metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape for informed decision-making. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sales efforts with product development, customer service, and operational functions. * Manage the adoption of technology tools such as Movegistics for pipeline management, reporting, and customer relationship management. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within operations to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Proven experience in management roles within sales and marketing environments * Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams across multiple functions. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to develop strategic partnerships. * Proficiency in analysis skills for interpreting data related to sales performance, market trends, and operational metrics. * Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about driving growth through innovative sales strategies and effective operational management while leading high-performing teams toward achieving organizational success.
