Responsibilities * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies focusing on outside sales, B2C sales, to meet revenue targets. * Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams to ensure high performance and professional growth. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective account management and negotiation skills. * Oversee business development activities to identify new market opportunities and expand existing client accounts. * Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness and market share. * Utilize analysis skills to monitor sales metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape for informed decision-making. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sales efforts with product development, customer service, and operational functions. * Manage the adoption of technology tools such as Movegistics for pipeline management, reporting, and customer relationship management. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within operations to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
