Full description of the position

Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, and business development. This role offers the opportunity to manage key accounts, develop innovative marketing strategies, and expand our customer base across various industries. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in fostering customer relationships, negotiating deals, and utilizing technology tools to optimize sales processes. Compensation * Base: $55k-$70k * Commission: 3-5% * Expected OTE: $110k-$150k Responsibilities * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company revenue targets and expand market presence * Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals * Drive outside sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating client relationships * Present solutions and detailed proposals to achieve one call closing * Conduct business development activities to penetrate new markets and industries * Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and forecast future performance * Engage in technical sales by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions * Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that support sales objectives * Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions * Maintain high levels of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of success * Demonstrated management skills with experience leading a sales team or department * Knowledge of CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing data * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively * Excellent business development capabilities with a focus on expanding market share * Analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and market data for strategic planning * Exceptional communication and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships * Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that support sales growth * Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment * Relevant experience in technical sales or product-specific industries is preferred This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact within a growing organization.
