Job Summary We are a well-established specialty industrial power transmission distributor seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to take over the role of our leading customer service and inside sales operations manager. This role involves managing inside sales activities, coordinating product sourcing, logistics and warehouse operations while ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction and retention. Duties * Lead and oversee the inside sales operations to achieve sales targets and business development goals. * Engage in negotiation with customers to close deals effectively while ensuring the utmost satisfaction. * Collaborate with outside sales engineers to achieve the fastest and most efficient order entry-to-shipment sequencing and maintaining the industry's highest level customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, accurately and professionally. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology products and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or business development within a B2B environment. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Mechanical aptitude is essential with an engineering degree a plus. * Knowledge of marketing principles related to lead generation and customer engagement. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and tasks.
