Position Overview: Graber Manufacturing, Inc. is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This entry-level position involves using Dodge Construction leads and web orders to source and close new business. As a key player in our growth, you will identify prospective clients, reach out to promote Graber's full product line, introduce special promotions, and provide essential support to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Your role will also involve processing web orders and achieving sales targets. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, offering excellent earning potential. Responsibilities: * Leverage Dodge Construction leads and web orders to identify and reach out to potential customers interested in Graber's high-quality site furnishings. * Engage with prospective clients through proactive calls and remote interactions, introducing them to Graber's product offerings and answering questions about our outdoor furnishings and architectural products. * Drive new business by promoting product features and benefits, offering special discounts and promotions, and tailoring recommendations to meet specific project needs. * Manage and process all web orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring a seamless experience from order placement to fulfillment. * Build and maintain connections with new clients, providing essential product guidance and support to foster ongoing relationships. * Work toward and achieve sales targets, benefitting from a base + commission structure that rewards performance. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required * Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products * Proficiency with CRM systems and order processing software
