Community Liaison - Hospice Job Type: Full-Time Location: Tulsa, OK Metro Area

We are a mission-driven hospice committed to serving patients, families, and our community with compassion and excellence. We are looking for a Community Liaison who is passionate about people, driven to serve, and able to build strong relationships across the Tulsa metro area.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, facilities, providers, and community partners - Educate the community on hospice services and the benefits of early involvement - Handle objections professionally and communicate the hospice mission with confidence - Identify challenges or barriers with partners and help create solutions - Participate in community outreach events, networking, and facility visits - Collaborate closely with the clinical team to support patient and family needs - Maintain consistent follow-up, territory planning, and documentation of activities What We're Looking For - Someone with grit, tenacity, perseverance, and poise - Strong problem-solving abilities - Comfortable with handling rejection and overcoming objections - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - A servant-minded individual who supports the team and serves as a resource to the community - A heart for helping people during some of the most difficult times of their lives - Ability to represent the hospice mission with professionalism and compassion

Qualifications
