SALES ASSOCIATE Miss A Stores is currently seeking fun, motivated, and reliable Sales Associates to join our expanding team! As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while supporting the positive culture we cultivate in our stores. Responsibilities * Customer Greeting: Warmly and promptly greet all customers as they enter the store. * Customer Service & Sales Floor Support: Provide excellent customer service, assist customers with product information and recommendations, inform customers of current promotions, and distribute shopping baskets. * Point of Sale (POS): Operate the register, handle cash accurately, engage with customers about their shopping experience, and maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area. * Merchandising: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked; assist with restocking and store put-backs. * Product Knowledge & Promotion: Stay informed on new and existing products, bestsellers, promotions, and product limits; confidently answer customer questions. * Store Operations: Assist with opening and/or closing the store as scheduled. Requirements * Must be at least 17 years of age. * Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. * Flexible availability , including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Reliable transportation. * High School Diploma or GED preferred. * Fun, outgoing, and positive personality. * Ability to work independently while accepting coaching and supervision. Physical Requirements The physical demands listed below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role: * Ability to stand for extended periods of time. * Regular walking and repetitive movement. * Ability to lift and carry 15 -30 lbs. on a regular basis. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
