Account Coordinator We are seeking an energetic Account Coordinator to join our Alpharetta, GA team. What You 'll Do * Prepare accurate client estimates and service orders using our internal database. * Organize and manage time-sensitive information to meet firm deadlines. * Partner with clients and internal teams to gather and confirm critical service details. * Review service orders for accuracy to ensure seamless execution. * Coordinate with Accounting on deposits and final invoice processing. What We 're Looking For * A team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and commitment to outstanding customer service. * Strong communication skills--written, verbal, and interpersonal. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software tools. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. * A resourceful, solutions-driven mindset with a knack for improving processes.
