* Job Title: Business developer (B2B Sales) * Location: Indianapolis, IN * Salary: 42K/YR Job Description: * We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to sell our commercial painting services through direct B2B sales. Prior experience in painting sales is not required. Key Responsibilities: * Generate leads through direct outreach, cold calling, and site visits * Meet with commercial clients such as offices, warehouses, property managers, and contractors * Understand client needs and present painting service solutions * Follow up on estimates and close sales deals * Build and maintain long-term business relationships Requirements: * Experience in B2B direct sales (any industry) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated and target-driven mindset * Valid driver's license for local travel * English communication required INANON-IT Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
