WHAT YOU 'LL DO * Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods * Offer free window & door inspections * Follow a simple, proven script * Book appointments for our sales team * Attend daily team training (required) * Track your performance and grow each week No selling. No measuring. No pressure. Just booking verified estimates -- that's it. PAY STRUCTURE (W-2 EMPLOYEE)BASE PAY (Safety Net) $500/week guaranteed Continues until your weekly commissions reach $500. Once you hit that mark -> base deactivates permanently, and you earn MORE on commission.
