Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales / Business Development professional to join our team! Responsibilities * Research markets, forecast sales, write proposals, make sales calls and follow up with customers via phone, email, etc. * Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate progress and strategic insights to stakeholders. * Manage sales pipelines effectively, coordinating with internal teams on proposal deadlines and deliverables. * Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goal. * Trade shows - set up/take down booth (physical activity), market, and network with attendees - willingness to do public speaking. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through traveling or networking/social opportunities. Provide educational sessions - willingness to do public speaking. * Assist with other business development/marketing functions as needed. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within the AEC (Architect, Engineering, Construction) channel. *Foodservice Consulting a plus. * Familiarity with Pipedrive, Monday, or similar CRM software for managing customer data and sales activities. * Excellent listening, communication, and writing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and decision-makers.
