The Services & Solutions Inside Sales role works with customers, CBT account managers and CBT business development managers to understand the Service needs of our customers (Training, Repairs, Parts Management, Technical Phone Support, Bundled Contract). The Services Inside Sales role then develops a proposal and works with the customer and our partners once an order is received to process the order and coordinate the services to be provided. Responsibilities: * Develop an understanding of the services offered by CBT and how these services add value to our customers * Interacting with customers, CBT Account Managers & CBT Business Development Managers to understand a customer's need * Collaborating with partners and suppliers to develop winning quotations * Working with CBT account managers and business development managers to grow the services business * Following CBT's internal processes and procedures * Leveraging opportunities to build rapport with internal and external customers Critical Skills: * Excellent written and oral communication skills * ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, customer focused, friendly, outgoing personality, ability to interact efficiently and effectively with others * Ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies and customer/supplier requirements Direct Reports: None Additional Responsibilities: * As assigned Working Environment: * Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing, walking, lifting (overhead, waist level), bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
