Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Overview

: We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales Office Assistants to support a busy sales department. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career path in sales or customer service. You'll work closely with inside sales staff and leadership, assisting with daily operations, order tracking, vendor coordination, data entry, and more.

Responsibilities

:

• Track open customer orders and follow up with suppliers
• Obtain pricing and delivery quotes from vendors
• Make phone calls on behalf of inside sales (pricing, delivery ETAs, part number cross-references)
• Develop understanding of sales processes, culture, and product lines
• Resolve administrative issues and inquiries while identifying and analyzing solutions
• Build and maintain a strong product knowledge base
• Research supplier pricing and delivery options
• Provide general administrative support including data entry
• Coordinate projects assigned by sales or management
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

:

• Strong computer proficiency, especially in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software systems
• Excellent attention to detail and strong math skills
• Critical thinker with strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and pleasant demeanor Preferred Experience:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour Education:
• High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:
