As a Sales & Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of our company. You will meet directly with new and existing clients, present solutions tailored to their needs, and help drive sales. The Sales & Customer Care Representative position includes hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and a clear path to grow into leadership positions. Responsibilities of the Sales & Customer Care Representative: * Meet directly with clients to present our products and services based on what they're looking for * Develop and maintain genuine relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and offering support * Collaborate with the sales team and other Sales & Customer Care Representatives to refine sales strategies aimed at driving sales and improving customer reports to increase client retention * Track sales performance and client retention by keeping up-to-date records of all sales transactions * Stay up to date on what we offer to effectively assist clients and drive sales opportunities * Identify clients' questions or concerns and offer tailored solutions, ensuring their complete understanding and satisfaction * Attend weekly training sessions with senior management, the sales team, and other Sales & Customer Care Representatives to build sales and leadership skills, working toward future management roles Qualifications of the Sales & Customer Care Representative: * High school diploma or GED required * 1-2 years of experience as a Sales & Customer Care Representative, in sales, customer service, or a related field, is preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to achieve goals independently and as part of a team * Driven and goal-oriented individual * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
