This is a professional, in-person sales role where you'll: * Engage with 2-4 homeowners daily to identify upgrade needs * Guide them through inspection and product options * Present transparent, value-based solutions * Train weekly with top producers who lead by example Every conversation builds skill, confidence, and income. Compensation and Growth * $4,500 - $6,500 per month (sit pay + bonuses + uncapped commission) * $12,000 - $20,000+ per month for experienced reps * $200,000 - $350,000+ annually for leadership roles Top performers regularly exceed these ranges.
