Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business development and achieve sales targets. * Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and market trends. * Tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales performance data. * Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions. * Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and regular follow-ups. * Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Skills * Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. * Strong business development acumen with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. * Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions and data analysis. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration across teams. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and sales performance metrics. * Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and foster teamwork within the organization.
