Job Summary We are seeking a hard-working and results-driven individual to join our sales team. You will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing territory sales, and leading a team to achieve ambitious targets. Duties * Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive growth and increase market share. * Conduct lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client communication. * Manage outside sales efforts, including travel to meet clients and attend industry events. * Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and marketing initiatives. Skills * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Demonstrated ability in lead generation and nurturing customer relationships. * Proficient in analyzing market data to drive strategic decisions. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Experience in B2B sales environments, preferably within technical sales sectors. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
