The right candidate will be responsible for performing the following duties: Primary Responsibilities: 1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. 2. Understand customer needs and requirements. 3. Route qualified inquiries, opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure. 4. Liaise with Outside sales and customer on the creation of quote. 5. Email Sales Quotes to customers in a timely matter. 6. Close sales and achieve quotas. 7. Solicit feedback from customers on products and services and provide to Sales Manager for appropriate follow-up action. 8. Research accounts, identify key prospects and generate interest. 9. Team with partners to build pipeline and close deals. 10. Follow up with customers and provide solutions should a service concern arise. 11. Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner. 12. Solve issues from customer complaints in a professional manner. The right candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: 1. Associates degree or equivalent experience. 2. Proven Inside Sales Experience 3. Strong phone presence and experience 4. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel spreadsheets) 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 6. Strong listening skills 7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently 8. Customer Service Oriented. Working conditions: May need to start before or stay after regular working hours to complete a quote/sale.
