INSTALLATION SALES ESTIMATOR - Shiloh, IL: Our Company: Wilke Window & Door is the largest Andersen window dealer in the St. Louis Metro area. We offer a wide variety of products including windows, doors, millwork and cabinetry to professional builders, remodelers and retail customers. We've been in business for over 60 years and currently have two large showrooms located in Fenton, MO and Shiloh, IL. Position: Due to continued growth in residential building markets, Wilke Window & Door is currently in need of an Installation Sales Estimator at our Shiloh, Illinois location. College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Background in construction, millwork, lumberyard, or similar industry sales experience helpful. Excellent computer, customer service, and communication skills required. Familiarity with Andersen IQ or other window estimating software a definite plus. As an Installation Sales Estimator, you will be assisting the sales team, learning about our products and services, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales process through various administrative tasks. This position primarily consists of helping customers make product selections and working closely with our current Installed Sales team to assist them in quoting projects. Learn about our window and door products, installation procedures, and pricing structures to effectively communicate with customers. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare project quotes and estimates for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining positive relationships. Business hours: 7:00 am - 4:45 pm (Mon. - Fri.) 9:00 am - 12:00 pm on Sat. Off every Sunday

• Our Sales team members have a 3-day weekend every-other week (off Fri, Sat. & Sun).

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in a showroom environment - NO COLD CALLING.
• Present solutions to customers including price, credit terms, accurate sales estimates, and estimated time of delivery based on production and delivery schedules.
• Prepare estimates using quoting software.
• Promptly follow up on customer inquiries, sales leads, and estimates.
• Convert customer sales inquiries to sales.

Requirements

:

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Background in construction, millwork, lumberyard, or similar industry sales experience preferred.
• College Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Aptitude to learn new technology, software, processes and procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated and result oriented, with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Positive attitude and strong verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites.
