Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to market expansion. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in shaping our company's growth trajectory and establishing a competitive presence in the industry. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients using CRM software * Develop targeted campaigns that support business expansion efforts * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction * Utilize CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, client needs, and competitive positioning * Manage the firm's social media outlets and keep the firm's digital footprint active to attract new clients and the client base. * Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships for the firm * Source venues and manage logistics for physician seminars and education events. * Lead ad-hoc marketing projects, including campaign development, e-materials, video and pod cast content. Requirements * Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a similar industry (preferably with a minimum 3 years of experience) * Strong proficiency in CRM software and social media (LinkedIn and Facebook) * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills * Ability to develop strategic plans based on market insights and company goals * Demonstrated success in generating new business opportunities and closing deals * Knowledge of marketing principles and customer relationship management strategies * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field is preferred but not mandatory * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Join our team as a Business Development Manager to leverage your expertise in sales, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
