Position Overview HireQuest Direct is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow and manage client relationships in the San Antonio market. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong sales instincts who enjoys networking, local travel, and closing deals in fast-paced industries. Key Responsibilities * Identify, prospect, and secure new client accounts within construction, manufacturing, industrial, and warehouse sectors * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders * Conduct in-person client visits and local market outreach * Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client staffing needs are met * Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close new business * Track sales activity and performance using CRM tools * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals Qualifications * 2+ years of business development, sales, or staffing industry experience preferred * Experience selling staffing solutions is a strong plus * Knowledge of construction, manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environments preferred * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary of $50,000-$60,000 * Uncapped commission potential * Career growth opportunities within a national staffing organization * Supportive team environment with established recruiting infrastructure How to Apply If you're driven, outgoing, and ready to grow a territory with strong earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
