Your Role as an Account Manager: As an Account Manager, you will be the face of The Roof Sleuths in your community. You will manage the entire client relationship, from the initial inspection to the final completion of the roof replacement. This role is ideal for a self-motivated person who enjoys building relationships, helping people, and managing their own success. While this is a performance-based role, we provide a world-class, comprehensive training program to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed. What You'll Do: * Proactively develop leads through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking in targeted areas. * Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify and accurately document storm damage (full training provided). * Educate homeowners on their options and serve as a knowledgeable consultant throughout the insurance claim and roof replacement process. * Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for the customer. * Uphold our company values of integrity and honesty in every interaction. The provided pay range of $80,000 - $150,000+ represents the On-Target Earnings (OTE) for a first-year Account Manager.
