We're looking for a visionary Asset Manager to join our lean, high- performing team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties. This isn't a job--it's stewardship. You'll move beyond pure analysis to become a true portfolio steward , directly impacting the family's financial future. Your responsibilities include: * Strategic Value Creation for future Generations: Developing and executing business plans that maximize compounding returns through leasing, operational efficiencies, capital improvements, and opportune financing and disposition decisions. Our timeline is measured in decades, not quarters. * High-Stakes Decision Making: Leading the charge on crucial investment decisions, from acquisition due diligence to refinance and sale strategies, always with the preservation of capital as the primary filter. * Masterful Execution & Oversight: Directing property management teams, brokers, and vendors to ensure peak performance and maintain the long-term quality of irreplaceable assets. * Confidential & Direct Reporting: Operating within a lean structure, you will have direct access to principals, demanding exceptional discretion and clarity in your financial and strategic recommendations. We're Looking For Someone Who... * Has 3+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate asset management, investment, or acquisitions. Experience within a family office, private equity, or institutional setting is a plus. * Has the networks and relationships to unearth exceptional investment opportunities apart from the real estate listing pages, and embraces the often-tedious research needed to discover future opportunities. * Lives and breathes underwriting with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, prioritizing cash flow stability and long-term capital appreciation over quick flips. * Has a proven track record of successfully managing operational assets and executing value-add strategies. * Possesses the utmost discretion, integrity, and intellectual curiosity to thrive in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment.
