Installer & Sales Consultant - Earn $80K+ in a Growing Family Business Shelf Theory - Phoenix, AZ (Company Van + Tools + Gas Card Provided) Love working with your hands, seeing instant results, making a real difference in people's lives, and getting paid what you're truly worth? Shelf Theory, a fast-growing, family-owned custom shelving company, is looking for an experienced installer who wants to turn their skills into serious income. Our current veteran (1 Year or more Experience) installers are consistently clearing $100,000+ per year with uncapped commissions--and we're ready to train our next rockstar to do the same. Year 1 expectation is 80k, however some exceptionally skilled and "quick to learn" people have made 100k in year 1. What You 'll Do * Install custom pull-out sliding shelves, cabinet lighting, hardware upgrades, and specialty organizers in kitchens, pantries, bathrooms, laundry rooms, garages, and closets * Meet with homeowners, measure, consult, and provide on-the-spot quotes (no cold calling or smiley hard selling--the products sell themselves) * Meet and network with local businesses and business owners for referrals and partnerships when there's downtime. * Work mostly independently with most appointments scheduled for you. What We Provide * Fully equipped company van (take it home) * All tools, laptop, gas card, uniforms, business cards--everything * Paid comprehensive training (we teach you our exact system) * Flexible Mon-Fri schedule (most days done by 3-4pm) * Occasional weekend home shows (currently 2 or 3 per year) Requirements * At least 1 year of real-world experience in cabinetry, finish carpentry, construction, handyman, or woodworking * Comfortable using common power tools and delivering high-quality work * Comfortable using Windows OS, Microsoft Excel, Outlook Email, Dropbox, Etc. * Valid U.S. driver's license and clean(ish) driving record. * Professional appearance and excellent communication skills--our clients love our team and company - read our reviews on google/yelp and you'll understand. * Travel to jobs throughout the greater Phoenix area (Surprise, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert) and occasional trips to Tucson/Las Vegas Compensation & Perks * 100% uncapped commission - the faster and better you work, the more you make * Top performers easily earn six figures (current team members prove it every year) * Yearly bonuses * Real opportunity for advancement as we continue rapid growth * W-2 employee (not 1099) This is a full-time, long-term career with a small family company that treats you like family (and we very much mean that).
